What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor:

• Teach and Inspire: Deliver engaging, state-approved CNA curriculum that prepares students for real-world caregiving.
• Provide Hands-On Training: Demonstrate essential nursing assistant skills and help students develop safe, effective patient care techniques.
• Guide Clinical Experiences: Supervise and support students during laboratory practice, clinical rotations and field supervisory
• Mentor Future Healthcare Professionals: Encourage students, build their confidence, and help them develop the skills needed to succeed.
• Support Student Success: Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress toward competency requirements.
• Prepare Students for Certification: Help students develop the knowledge and practical skills needed for the Massachusetts CNA certification examination.
• Maintain Program Quality: Complete attendance records, competency documentation, and required program reports.
• Promote Safe, Quality Care: Ensure training activities meet applicable Massachusetts regulations and program standards.
• Contribute to Team Success: Assist with field personnel supervision, audits, and other departmental initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

To succeed as a Registered Nurse (RN) Instructor, you'll bring a strong clinical foundation, a commitment to quality care, and a genuine desire to help others grow.

Required Qualifications:

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• At least two years of nursing experience, including long-term care experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to professional standards, patient safety, and student development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous teaching, training, mentoring, or staff development experience.
• Experience working with nursing assistants or supervising clinical staff.
• The ability to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for adult learners.
