คุณสมบัติ (Qualifications)
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์
- มีประสบการณ์การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยใน (IPD) อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีทักษะด้านการประเมินอาการและการดูแลผู้ป่วย
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร มนุษยสัมพันธ์ และการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแล ผู้ป่วยชาวต่างชาติ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)
- ให้การพยาบาลและดูแลผู้ป่วยในชาวต่างชาติอย่างครบถ้วน
- ประเมิน วางแผน ปฏิบัติ และติดตามผลการดูแลผู้ป่วยเป็นรายบุคคล
- ประสานงานร่วมกับแพทย์และทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพ เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการดูแลอย่างมีคุณภาพ
- สื่อสารและให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวตลอดกระบวนการรักษา
- บันทึกข้อมูลทางการพยาบาลอย่างถูกต้อง และปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย
- ให้การดูแลด้วยความเอาใจใส่และสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีแก่ผู้ป่วย
