Registered Nurse - ISCU - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit

Location: Evanston, IL

Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 per hour, based on experience and expertise

Sign-on Bonus: $25,000 (requires 18+ months NICU/ISCU experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care independently in the ISCU
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Contribute to safety improvements and support high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current IL Nursing License
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA required
• At least 1 year of acute care or ISCU experience preferred
• NICU/ISCU experience is highly desirable
