Registered Nurse Manager

Oak Terrace Senior Living of Le Sueur is seeking a Nurse Manager to help lead our Assisted Living Community.

This individual will work with the Director of Nursing, the administrator, and other Nurses to meet resident care and regulatory requirements.

An ideal individual will have a strong nursing background, including previous experience in long-term care or assisted living. The individual will create care plans for residents, communicate with families, work closely with staff, and help create the overall care and physical environment for our residents. We are looking for an individual who is a positive leader who can help Oak Terrace continue on our quality journey.

This is a full-time position; we are accepting candidates who are looking to work anywhere from 64 to 80 hours every two pay periods.

Duties Include:

• Work closely with RN's, LPN's to oversee resident care.
• Process orders and communicate with other medical providers.
• Assist with ensuring that quality care is being given to all residents
• Be a positive leader
• Address and resolve patient or family complaints and care-related concerns
• Monitor regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare laws
• Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance to staff
