What You’ll Do:

• Respond to on-call visits within a 50-mile radius of Springfield , offering timely and compassionate care
• Deliver high-quality hospice nursing services after hours, including crisis response and death calls
• Provide clear communication, emotional guidance, and education to families
• Document all services accurately and promptly to ensure continuity of care

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in the State of Missouri
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis-intervention skills.
• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• A genuine heart for hospice and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
