Registered Nurse - OR

We are seeking experienced registered nurses with at least one year of nursing experience for ongoing opportunities across various locations. Responsibilities Include

• Developing and evaluating individualized care plans to achieve patient outcomes.
• Assessing patient health data, communicating care plans to patients and team members, and documenting interventions.
• Providing patient and family education tailored to cultural background and learning styles.
• Collaborating with peers and supporting clinical education and professional development.
• Offering psychological support and assisting technical staff with procedures such as injections, venipuncture, and IV management.
• Participating in quality improvement, research activities, and staying current with best practices in wound, ostomy, and skin care.
• Monitoring wound care effectiveness, assisting with patient transport, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications Include

• Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Illinois RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience; OR experience preferred.
