What they need
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) role in Boston, MA.
The position is PRN , offering flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts based on facility needs.
Responsibilities include: providing high-acuity pediatric patient care, administering medications and treatments, managing ventilator support, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications: active Massachusetts RN license, minimum 2 years PICU experience, current BLS & ACLS (PALS preferred), American Heart Association certification, and ability to pass background screening.
