Registered Nurse - PRN/Pay-Per-Visit

We are seeking a compassionate RN for a PRN, pay-per-visit role delivering one-on-one nursing care to local seniors in their homes. We offer flexible schedules such as weekends and limited days during the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing in-home nursing assessments.
• Create and update individualized care plans with physicians and families.
• Provide skilled nursing treatments (medication administration, wound care, etc.).
• Educate clients/caregivers on disease management and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for seamless client care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Home health or geriatric experience preferred (passionate new/transitioning RNs welcome).
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Compensation

This position is compensated under a pay-per-visit model, with additional compensation for administrative duties and training. Per visit compensation is $50-$110 per visit based on the type of visit and the level of documentation required. This role is a per visit position rather than a traditional hourly position.
