Shifts Available:

• Nights: 8:00pm – 8:00am
• Full-time contracts (36 hours/week)
• Overtime Available

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided.
• Ensure compliance aith safety and hygiene protocols in all patient interactions.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24.25 per hour
