Registered Nurse (RN)

Are you an RN (Registered Nurse) looking to work with amazing people who want to do the right thing for their residents?

ONRC is looking for Registered Nurses to work full and part time at our facility!

• RNs assess residents for change of conditions and report any changes to charge nurse or administrative clinicians.
• Assist with resident assessments. Administer medicines and treatments by following plan of care.
• RNs implement nursing interventions consistent with care of plan.
• Evaluate resident needs and modify if needed according to nursing policy.
• RNs respond to resident calls, anticipate needs and assure patient safety and comfort.
• Assist in the admission, discharge and transfer process.
• RNs demonstrate the ability to perform in an accurate and precise manner in crisis and emergency situations.
• Work effectively with partners
• RNs provide an exceptional experience for each resident/patient, family member, and teammate

Requirements:

• CURRENT State Licensure is required
