Registered Nurse (RN)

We are a rapidly growing organization with 10 locations in Brooklyn and two sites in upstate NY. We are seeking energetic and and dedicated nurses to collaborate with our physicians in providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

-Reviews patient chart to determine what preventive or maintenance care is required and assists provider in the provision of care

• Documents patient visits including medical history, surgical history, current medications, assessment, treatment and plan as specified by the provider

·Prepares and administers immunizations, medications and treatments as prescribed by physician

-Serves as a patient advocate

-Offers patient education, as recommended by the physician

Requirements:

• A current New York State RN license

• BLS Certificate

• Infection Control Certificate

-Child Abuse Training Certificate
