PRN / Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

F & B Care Therapy Solutions LLC is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing Home Health team on a PRN / Per Diem basis.

Service Areas: Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Orlando, Casselberry, Kissimmee, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and follow physician orders and the individualized plan of care.
• Provide skilled nursing services according to the patient's needs.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate significant changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding medications, disease management, safety, and home care.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Florida RN License.
• Previous home health experience preferred, but qualified RNs interested in transitioning into home health are welcome to apply.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
