Registered Nurse (RN)

City Creek Post Acute is looking to add a Registered Nurse (RN) to our wonderful nursing team! City Creek Post Acute’s commitment to excellence extends beyond delivering world class patient care and into how we work as a team!

Pay: up to $45/hr

Shifts Needed:

• FT 12hr/Day

Requirements:

• Current Utah RN License
• Current CPR

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care duties to multiple residents in a timely manner.
• Monitor Resident’s health and progress by evaluating their vital signs and assessing other indications of their physical and mental well-being.
• Administer medication and treatment per the Physician orders specific to the patient.
• Instruction and observation of adherence to treatment or care protocols prescribed per the physician.
• Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients.

Pay: $39.00 - $45.00 per hour
