Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical history.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform procedures such as venipuncture, IV infusion, and ostomy care.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and pain management strategies.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in medical office, ER, home community care, or laboratory settings preferred.
• Proficiency in pain management techniques and patient education.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
