Your Role as an RN:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Coordinate and oversee quality care services
• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote restorative care and resident independence
• Advocate for resident dignity, comfort, and safety
• Ensure compliance with facility standards and nursing regulations
