Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties:

• Provide direct patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety
• Assist in acute pain management and support patients through their recovery process
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document patient information accurately and timely

Skills:

• Experience in adults care
• Proficiency in acute care practices and acute pain management
• Knowledge of family planning procedures and inpatient care protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
