Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our agency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. This role involves working in various settings, including outpatient facilities and patient homes, where you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages, with a focus on geriatrics and infectious disease care.

Duties

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients’ health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide primary care services, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Administer dermal fillers when required, ensuring safety and efficacy in cosmetic procedures.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in outpatient settings or nursing homes is preferred.
• Supervise and train care givers and other staff as needed.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric care principles and infectious disease management.
• Proficiency in performing diagnostic evaluations and sonography techniques is a plus.
• Ability to phlebotomize effectively while maintaining patient comfort.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
