Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities | Shift Differentials Available

$43.00–$49.00 per hour, based on experience

Greenwood Center in Warwick, RI, is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its nursing team.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, oversee clinical care on your assigned unit, and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff on assigned units.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor residents for adverse reactions.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders accurately.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions as ordered.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to physicians and appropriate leadership.
• Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Provide clinical care, including wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, suctioning, and colostomy care, as applicable.
• Conduct rounds to promote resident safety and quality of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized resident outcomes.
• Participate in care conferences and care plan updates.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Promote residents' comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Support teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication.
• Assist with state surveys and inspections as needed.
• Follow infection control procedures, safety standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Current, active Rhode Island RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred, but not required.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of care.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to providing safe, high-quality, resident-centered care.
