Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes, discharge summaries, and medication records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
