Registered Nurse (RN)

ProStat Workforce is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for an ongoing assignment with an established treatment center in Berks County, PA.

Looking for flexibility? Pick up occasional shifts for extra income, or choose a more consistent schedule with hours available up to a month at a time.

This is a great fit for an RN who is comfortable working independently, managing medications, and caring for patients in a behavioral health/recovery setting. RN supervisor opportunities may also be available for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in a structured treatment setting
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medication counts
• Complete nursing assessments, vital signs, labs, and EMR documentation
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and communicate clinical concerns
• Provide patient education and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

What You'll Need

• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
• Medication administration experience
• Behavioral health, addiction treatment, acute care, or similar nursing experience is a plus, but not required
