Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for a Multispecialty Care team, primarily working in the CVICU department.

Responsibilities: Provide hands-on acute patient care at the bedside, coordinate clinical activities, and ensure quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with licensure in the state of practice.
• Preferred Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
• Critical Care nursing experience is advantageous.
• Valid RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Additional certifications like CCRN, CEN, PALS, or NRP are preferred for specialty areas.

Skills: Clinical knowledge, patient-focused approach, strong communication, and teamwork skills.

Key Duties: Perform bedside nursing, collaborate with healthcare teams, adhere to safety protocols, and support patient recovery.
