- Conduct Comprehensive Nursing Assessments
- Develop and Implement Individualized Care Plans
- Administer Medications and Treatments with Precision
- Monitor and Evaluate Resident Responses with Compassion
- Provide Unwavering Emotional Support to Residents and Families
Qualifications:
- Valid RN License in NJ
- Nursing Experience, Preferably in Long-Term Care
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Thrive in a Collaborative Team Environment
- Dedication to Delivering Compassionate and Quality Patient Care
