Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Experience with Bronchoscopy, Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), and Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS) procedures
• Knowledge of post procedure complications and discharge criteria
• Ability to monitor patient status during procedures and recovery
• Understanding of diagnostic measures such as lab tests, radiology exams, and EKG interpretation
• Professional nursing judgment and ability to implement care plans

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients during procedures, recognizing changes in their physiological and psychological status
• Provide clear and concise follow-up instructions to patients at discharge
• Utilize knowledge of infection control techniques and proper equipment handling
• Implement nursing care plans and address any problems identified
