Job Description:

* Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs.

* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and goals.

* Administer medications accurately and appropriately as ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as necessary.

* Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

* Provide patient and family education about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant information to ensure understanding and compliance. * Assist physicians with bedside procedures and prepare patients for tests, procedures, and surgeries.

Shift: 7 am- 7 pm

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ years acute care hospital experience [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) [Preferred]

• Pediatric ER Assess, Recog & Stabilization (PEARS) [Preferred]

• Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) [Preferred]

• Certified EKG Technician (CET) [Preferred]

• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$32.76 - $57.47
