Registered Nurse (RN) – Intermediate Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor patient conditions; develop and communicate care plans; ensure patient safety and documentation; advocate for patient needs; participate in performance improvement initiatives; mentor and support colleagues; uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)

• Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Professional growth mindset; commitment to ongoing education and professional development

• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities

• Ability to prioritize patient needs and deliver safe, effective care
