Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift

Available Schedule: Full and Part Time 7pm-7am with every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report any changes to physicians and family members
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and personalized patient care
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
