Registered Nurse (RN) – Rapid Response Team

This role is for a Rapid Response Team (RRT) Nurse responsible for assessing, prioritizing, and implementing interventions during patient emergencies to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key duties include responding to RRT calls, coordinating patient care, communicating with healthcare teams, documenting interventions, and developing clinical practice guidelines.

The nurse monitors patient and data trends, analyzes outcomes, and recommends improvements to enhance care quality.

They serve as a professional role model, mentor peers, and support a collaborative work environment, ensuring adherence to policies and promoting ethical nursing practice.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience, active RN licensure (multi-state or single-state), and certifications such as ACLS and BLS.

Required skills encompass strong communication, multitasking, stress management, computer literacy, and adherence to nursing ethics and regulations.

Additional certifications in critical care nursing and NIHSS are preferred.
