Key Responsibilities

As the RN Unit Manager, you will oversee day-to-day patient care, lead clinical staff, and collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of resident care.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and foster a positive, team-focused environment for nursing staff.
• Care Management: Oversee resident care plans, health assessments, and collaborate with physicians.
• Quality & Performance: Monitor and evaluate employee job performance, addressing any clinical or procedural needs.
• Administration: Complete audits, charting, evaluations, medical forms, and necessary administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
• Experience: Proven background in a clinical supervisory or management role.
• Certification: Active CPR certification.
