About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse on our Weekend Shift team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our short-term rehabilitation residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Our state-of-the-art facility features two leading-edge therapy gyms and advanced therapies, providing you with the tools and resources needed to deliver top-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to short-term rehabilitation residents on our weekend shift
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and goals
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to healthcare providers
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Current Ohio RN licensure
• CPR certification
