About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within this large-sized care service.

Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care & Lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.

Main Duties

• Provide high quality clinical care to residents
• Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation
• Ensure a safe home environment for all residents
• Support with funding (AN-ACC) assessments & documentation
• Mentor, training & leadership of care team members

Skills & Requirements:

• AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience
• Understanding of aged care standards & quality indicators
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system
• Up to date Flu & Covid vaccinations
