Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This leadership role involves managing daily operations within a healthcare setting, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing guidance to nursing team members. The ideal candidate will have charge experience, a strong understanding of state healthcare regulations, and familiarity with intake procedures, occasional home visits, and home care services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
• Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and documentation.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing team members, fostering a collaborative and compliant work environment.
• Ensure all nursing activities adhere to state healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Manage intake processes for new patients, including initial assessments and documentation.
• Conduct occasional home visits to evaluate patient needs and coordinate home care services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care activities, staff schedules, and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Assist in training and mentoring new or less experienced nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to clinical issues or emergencies that arise during shifts or home visits.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
