Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

RN Supervisor - Weekend Every other weekend for 7am-3pm, 3pm-11, 11pm-7am & Per diem 11-7 for weekdays & weekends Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful difference ? Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience supervisor experience preferred
• Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift
• Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care
• Educate staff, residents, and families as needed
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
