Registered Nurse - Surgical Stepdown - Day/Evening

Position: Registered Nurse

Location: Evanston Hospital

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold professional standards
• Take responsibility for patient outcomes and quality of care
• Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in care delivery
• Contribute to safety and enhance patient experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• BSN degree preferred
• Current nursing license in Illinois required
• BLS/CPR certification mandatory
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required
