Registered Nurse Trainer (US/PH RN)

We are looking for experienced and passionate PH RN or US RN Trainers to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong clinical bedside nursing experience and is passionate about developing and coaching healthcare professionals. While BPO experience is an advantage, it is not required.

As an RN Trainer, you will facilitate training programs, onboard new hires, and support continuous learning initiatives. You should be confident delivering training in both virtual and instructor-led classroom settings, possess strong presentation and facilitation skills, and be willing to work in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions through virtual and classroom-based facilitation.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and refresher training programs.
• Assess learner performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Facilitate discussions, role-plays, and interactive learning activities.
• Partner with Operations and Learning teams to ensure training effectiveness.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain training records and reports.

Qualifications

• Active PH RN or US RN license.
• Strong bedside nursing experience required.
• Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitation is an advantage.
• BPO/Healthcare outsourcing experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to create engagement and learning impact in both virtual and face-to-face environments.
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup.
