Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all board requirements
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with renewal within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or C-EFM may be required based on unit or role, or obtained within specified timeframes
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat during shifts
