Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols.
• Manage acute and chronic pain through medication administration and advanced pain management techniques
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly using electronic health record (EHR), Point Click Care.
• Support specialized care needs.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Nebraska.
• Proven experience working with diverse populations; experience in long-term care or nursing homes is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks or Athenahealth; familiarity with laboratory processes and specimen handling preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for triage assessments and patient education; ability to work effectively within a team environment committed to high-quality patient care.

Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour
