Rim Country Health and Rehabilitation is a 109 bed skilled nursing and long term care facility located in Payson, AZ, in the heart of Arizona in the middle of Tonto National Forest. We have a secure memory care and behavioral health unit, long term care and rehabilitation units .

3.00/hr shift differential for Night Shift

$1.50/hr weekend differential for Saturday and Sunday

PRN rate increase of $2.00/hr

The RN/LPN position is a staff nurse who provides direct, primary nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care by CNAs; they assure smooth operations of the unit for their designated shift.

Must hold an active license in good standing.
