LPN Hiring Rate: $27.985

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews to inform personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians to coordinate diagnostic evaluations and treatment strategies.
• Educate residents and families on health management topics including medication administration, nutrition, discharge planning, and chronic disease management.

Skills

• Proven experience working with diverse populations including geriatric patients, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring specialized dementia or memory care.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent caregiver communication skills paired with a thorough understanding of infection control practices and long-term care regulations.
