Responsibilities:
Administration and monitoring of medications, including patient response and dosage tracking

Support clients and families by addressing concerns and providing compassionate care
Identify and report changes in patient behavior or symptoms
Maintain accurate client histories and medical records
Conduct occasional in-home visits to clients
Opportunity for CPR Instructor Certification (paid training for eligible candidates)
CQL Accreditation involvement

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in ND and MN Familiarity with ND and MN Home Care laws
  Meets health requirements for direct patient care staff
  Preferred: 1 year of home health care experience
  Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
