Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Relevant ICU qualifications/training
• Minimum 1–2 years recent ICU experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and night shifts
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Full Australian working rights
