What they need
Open Roles:
1. USRN – New York License
Active PHRN & USRN (New York) License
At least 2 years acute hospital experience (ER, Med-Surg, OR, ICU)
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱65,000
2. USRN – Utilization Review / Appeals
Active USRN License
At least 3 years hospital/bedside experience
Preferably with 1 year Clinical Appeals / UMR / IP DRG experience
Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱65,000
3. PHRN – Utilization Management / Appeals
- Active PHRN License
- At least 1 year hospital experience (ER, Critical Care, Diagnostics preferred)
- Minimum 1 year UMR experience (claims denials)
- Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000
5. PHRN – Healthcare
Active PHRN License
At least 1 year hospital experience OR 1 year BPO healthcare experience
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000
6. PHRN – BPO Healthcare
- Active PHRN License
- At least 1 year BPO healthcare experience OR hospital experience
- Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000
