A pharmacist is a licensed healthcare professional responsible for dispensing prescription medications, compounding medicines, and advising patients and providers on safe medication use. They verify dosage accuracy, check for drug interactions, and maintain compliance with legal regulations, often working in retail, hospital, or clinical settings

• Direct Patient Care: Assess health conditions, review medical charts, and tailor drug regimens to fit individual patient needs. [1, 2, 3]
• Team Collaboration: Join medical rounds with physicians to recommend specific drug choices, adjustments, or correct dosages based on organ function. [1, 2]
• Safety Monitoring: Check for harmful drug interactions, track side effects, and prevent adverse reactions. [1]
