Registered Pharmacist

About the role

Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Registered Pharmacist to join our team. As a Registered Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to our patients in a full-time capacity at our Quezon City, Metro Manila location.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed.
• Fills the medication order with correct drug strength, form and quantity.
• Prepares medication for unit dose dispensing system and supervise drug administration by means of reviewing and understanding each unit dose medication order to ensure that it is entered correctly into the unit-dose system.
• Provides accurate, adequate and timely drug information to other healthcare professionals.

About you

• A valid Pharmacist license and registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC)
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Pharmacist in a hospital or clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to make informed decisions about patient care
• Proficient in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technologies
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
