We are seeking a Fully Registered Independent Physiotherapists to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and eager to continue learning while delivering high-quality patient care. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop, implement, and progress individualized treatment plans
• Provide effective treatment for mechanical back, neck, and shoulder pain
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Manage and treat WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach initiatives, as needed

Work Experience and Skills:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and colleagues
• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge ofdirect billing and insurance processes is an asset, particularly when reception support is unavailable.
• Experience or interest in FCAMPT, pelvic health is considered an asset

Education:

• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program
• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

Schedule and Availability:

As part of our continued growth, Trident Physiotherapy & Rehab is expanding its clinic operating hours to provide greater accessibility to our patients.

We are looking for a physiotherapist who can commit to the following schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Friday to Sunday: Full-day availability preferred

Our goal is to extend clinic availability to approximately 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility based on patient demand and clinic needs.
