ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
• Collaborating with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals, fostering empowerment and self-awareness.
• Administering and interpreting psychological tests and assessments to inform diagnostic and treatment decisions.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Current APHRA registration as a Psychologist.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience in working with diverse client populations.
• NSW Driver's License and access to an insured reliable vehicle.
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building abilities.
• Commitment to providing the highest quality service.
• A team player with a caring disposition.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals.
• An empathetic approach to client care and their family concerns
