Pay: Starting at $33/hr (negotiable based on experience) plus shift differentials

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $21,000

Schedule: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Every Other Weekend

Position Overview We are seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join its respiratory care team in Great Falls, Montana.

This opportunity offers exposure to a variety of clinical settings, including a Level II Trauma Center, ICU, Emergency Department, and Level III NICU . Both experienced therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Provide respiratory care to patients across multiple hospital departments.
• Assess patients, administer respiratory treatments, and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Operate and manage respiratory equipment and ventilatory support systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patients requiring critical and emergency respiratory care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established clinical protocols.

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current Montana Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and every other weekend.
• New graduates welcome! Individualized orientation and training are provided.
• Candidates missing certain required certifications may be eligible to complete training after hire.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: Starting at $33.14/hr, with compensation determined by years of licensed RRT experience.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $21,000, with payment options and retention requirements.
• Evening Differential: +$2/hr (3 PM – 11 PM).
• Night Differential: +$3/hr (11 PM – 7 AM).
• Weekend Differential: +$2/hr.
