Registered Social Worker

The Social Worker provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, case management, and support to patients and their families. The position assists patients in accessing appropriate medical, financial, government, and community resources, coordinates with healthcare professionals and external agencies, and ensures proper documentation and confidentiality while promoting the overall well-being of patients.

Qualifications – Social Worker

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW).
• Must be a Registered Social Worker (RSW).
• Preferably with relevant experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, or medical social work.
• Knowledgeable in medical social work, case management, psychosocial assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
