Enthuse Wellness Centre is a new dedicated wellness clinic located in the Woodfield neighbourhood in London, Ontario. We build a supportive environment for our practitioners by taking care of administration, direct billing to insurance companies, marketing, client intakes, and office cleaning so you can focus on client care.

We are looking for a Registered Social Worker (RSW - MSW level) to join our growing multi-disciplinary team.

This position is for an independent contractor. We offer a flexible schedule, so you can choose which days and times you work. Currently, our newly furnished therapist office is fully available any day or time. A 40% administration fee is paid to the clinic, and you keep 60% of the client fee. The administration fee covers your subscription to Jane App, Wifi, phone, messaging through Jane App, AI charting notes (optional), group telehealth feature for family/couples counselling, use of a shared waiting room for your clients, direct billing to insurance companies, and transaction fees for credit card processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, or family psychotherapy in-person and/or virtually.
• Complete clinical intakes, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, secure clinical records in compliance with college guidelines.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to support client retention and holistic care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree required.
• Active registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) as an RSW.
• Professional liability insurance

Pay: From $96.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
