Registered Veterinary Technician

Belsize Veterinary Clinic is a newly opened, privately owned small animal hospital in midtown Toronto. We’re building something different in our local community. We are looking for an experienced registered veterinary technician as we are starting to grow our team! We need someone who is self motivated, organized, and dedicated to the highest possible patient and client care. A sense of humour will be an asset.

You will be expected to do the usual RVT things (collecting and processing lab samples, anesthesia, radiographs, manage patient treatments, etc.), as well as communicate with clients by phone, electronically, and in person. We are a fully computerized hospital. We are still a small team, so there will also be a need to help out with cleaning, administrative duties, and some reception tasks.

Job description:

Part time (1-2 days a week, with the opportunity to become full time down the road)

$27-36/hour, depending on experience
