Registered Veterinary Technician

The North Madison Veterinary Clinic is searching for a part-time or full-time registered veterinary technician to contribute their talents to our team in Madison, Indiana.

The technician will be responsible for

• technician appointments
• client education and communication
• blood collection
• anesthesia
• radiographs
• dental prophylaxis procedures
• handling and restraint of animals for a variety of procedures
• cleanliness and maintenance of the hospital and all equipment
• communicate effectively with colleagues, and and
• maintaining accurate medical records.

The successful candidate must be able to lift 50 pounds and remain standing for long periods of time. Two years previous experience as a registered veterinary technician preferred. Indiana veterinary technician registration required. Candidate must be willing to submit to a background check.
